PROJECT OVERVIEW
IVS is the IT services arm of Intesa Sanpaolo, one of Europe’s largest banking groups. This engagement involved standard D365 F&O rollouts across three European countries — Italy, Slovakia and Serbia — alongside a technically notable integration with ServiceNow for Fixed Assets processes, and ongoing support for the Croatian entity.
SCOPE OF WORK
- Finance process workshops and requirements gathering per country
- Standard D365 F&O rollouts for Italy, Slovakia and Serbia
- Functional design document creation and functional consulting for the ServiceNow – D365FO two way integration related to Fixed Assets
- Ongoing support and customer care for the Croatian legal entity and subsequently all entities
- Issue resolution, process improvement and end-user assistance
